Send an enquiry
All fields marked required must be completed. Submitting the form opens a pre-filled message in your email application addressed to louisegomez1993@gmail.com, so nothing is transmitted until you send it yourself.

A call or meeting with the people who understand the problem, to test our reading of it against reality.
- 04

Questions about contacting us
- What should I include in a first message?
- A description of the situation, the outcome you need, any fixed constraints such as a deadline or an existing system that must be kept, and who inside your organisation is involved in the decision. That is enough for us to reply usefully.
- How quickly will I receive a reply?
- Enquiries are read and answered in the order they arrive during normal working days. If a message needs input from more than one person on our side, we acknowledge it first and follow up with the full response.
- Will you sign a confidentiality agreement before we talk in detail?
- Yes. If your enquiry involves confidential material, say so in your first message and we will agree confidentiality terms before you share anything sensitive.
- Do I need a finished specification before contacting you?
- No. Many enquiries begin as a problem statement rather than a specification. Defining the scope is part of the early work, and we would rather see the problem in its original form than a solution already assumed.
- What happens to the information I send?
- Information you send is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by writing to the same email address.
